Change of mind returns or exchanges
I spend so much time and am absolutely in love each and every pair of felted shoes I make by hand for you and your special little wombats. I want you to be in love with them as much as I am.
Brand new, unworn, with no visible wear, smells, or animal hair and excluding sale items* may be returned within 14 days after arrival for store credit or exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value. If 14 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately Woolly Wombat cannot offer you a refund or exchange of any kind.
*Sale items – All sales on discounted items are final. Woolly Wombat items are fairly priced but occasionally a sale may be run. During a sale and/or if a coupon code is used, then all items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note all shipping and any applicable gift wrapping costs are non-refundable. If free shipping was applicable to the order then a $7 administration free will be deducted from the total of the return value.
Additionally, Woolly Wombat are not responsible for any shipping costs for a change of mind return or exchange; the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any subsequent shipping costs for a change of mind return or exchange.
To be eligible for a change of mind return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted for a return or exchange.
Any item not in its original condition or, where that item is damaged or missing parts, for reasons not due to Woolly Wombat error, is not eligible for a return or exchange.
Once the returned package is received it is inspected & will be processed within 3-6 business days. You will then be given a store credit for the amount of the item at the time of purchase minus shipping and any applicable gift wrapping charges OR a new item will be sent to you at your shipping cost.
Store credit will be emailed to the customer’s email account that was used at checkout or subsequently provided. Please note that all store credits will expire after a year.
Refunds are only applicable on products that have been damaged, broken, or deformed due to Woolly Wombat error.
Woolly Wombat will not be responsible for any damage to the package or product acquired during transit to you.
Products that are in perfect condition may be returned for a store credit or exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value within 14 days of receiving the product (see above).
Who doesn’t love a sale! However instead of offering sign up deals or discounts Woolly Wombat sets a fair price from the start so that you and I are always getting a fair price.
Occasional Woolly Wombat may run a sale. During these sales and/or if a coupon code is used in addition to any sale item, all items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
